Michelle founded Sparks Legacy Team and Sparks Legacy Academy with a mission both simple and deeply personal: to ensure every person who walks through her door receives the clarity, care, and confidence they deserve as they navigate one of life's most important transitions.
She is also a dedicated educator of Medicare agents and brokers. Known as the “Educator of Educators,” she recently launched a certification class equipping agents with essential knowledge about Original Medicare and Social Security.
Over her 35-year career with the Social Security Administration, Michelle rose from technician-level roles to executive leadership, developing an unmatched mastery of the programs that shape retirement. Her commitment to public service was recognized at the highest level: in 2023 she received the prestigious Meritorious Presidential Rank Award, one of the most distinguished honors in federal service.

Mark brings 35 years of Social Security Administration service to every client conversation. His career began shortly after graduating from Drury University, driven by a lifelong desire to help others and make a difference in people's lives.
He received comprehensive training on every program administered by the SSA, helping thousands of Americans with retirement, survivors, disability, and Medicare. He provided leadership for 27 Social Security offices and held more than 13 positions at all levels of the organization, earning multiple distinguished leadership awards.
A former competitive college basketball player who represented the University of Missouri and Drury University, Mark brings the values of teamwork, commitment, and showing up for others to every client relationship.
